Hours: JC Pharmacy is a small, well-stocked local family-run pharmacy that is very central. The staff are friendly, helpful, and excellent, providing great speedy service. They are warm, funny, welcoming, and treat everyone with kindness, never seeming rushed. The head pharmacist is amazing, knows clients by name, and advocates hard for medication coverage, showing they genuinely care and want to provide excellent customer-centred care. They explain everything professionally. The pharmacy has a wide selection of products at reasonable prices. However, one incident caused significant stress when a prescription for psych medication was not dispensed because the prescription was sent in too long ago, leading a customer to return to an old pharmacy. Despite this, the experience for many is wonderful, with staff going above and beyond, such as calling insurers directly to resolve coverage issues quickly. For those in the area, it is a highly recommended go-to place.
