“Great spot with an awesome selection of goodies. I found Good Planet originally as they are a stockist of the Routine line and offer refills, and that with all the other fun things and friendly service keeps me coming back!”
“I love this shop. I have shopped here previously many years ago, so it’s been awhile. It was definitely time to revisit it and look for some new products. They carry kitchen, knives, pocket and hunting knives, all in one handyman tools, Kitchen gadgets, survival Gadgets, Wine in bar supplies, and key tags, Nifty mini flashlights and also bar supplies. In the area of knives they carry Many different lines at different price points so you’re bound to find something that meets your budget. The staff are super friendly and more importantly They seem to be trained and are knowledgable. Definitely worth a visit If you’re fussy about quality and Demand, knowledgeable, friendly service.
Oh and did I say they sharpen knives too!”
“It was super busy on this rainy weekend day but the staff member remained calm & polite, he acknowledged everyone waiting, then provided excellent customer service!
We also hadn’t been in a HoK in some time and were surprised at how much more we “needed” than the one thing we went in for! ?”
“Wow. Incredible, efficient, kind service.
I did a bathroom reno in 2014 and had great service from Scott, and then this past month I returned for our next reno and dealt with Samaa and I was blown away with how amazing she was at her job. Thorough, listened, and really HEARD my concerns and worries with finish, style and pricing. Samaa put together some beautiful ideas and presented them to me patiently while I made my decision. Later on when I realized I needed a gold toilet handle to match my gold finishes she sent info and pictures on each one to match the fixtures I bought. Have already recommended K &BC and specifically Samaa to 2 other friends recently. Well done. Keep it up!”
“The table and the shelf are very good, from Eames and Arne Jacobsen are two of most influential designers in recent history.
The shipping department is very unreliable. You have to wait and wait for their mistake. Bought two floor lamps should came in four boxes and they only shipped out two. Never answered the calls.
They tried their best to solve these problem after they noticed.”
