“This is my favourite clothing store! I can only go to the actual store when I’m in BC but I order from there all the time.
It’s a Canadian store selling Canadian designed and made clothing.
The quality is fantastic and the fabric is all natural.
You can’t beat the customer service!

Also made sure to come in a little early so I could pick up my hemmed pants before leaving town. I'd make the trip from Seattle just to shop here.”

Sometimes these ultra fashionable stores scare me a little cause I’m like maybe the folks inside will be too cool for school and I’ll feel out of place but it was just the opposite. They weren’t pretentious and they actually were very welcoming. One of the dudes even gave me a sweet tote bag for free, thanks for being awesome and accommodating!”

“Decent store. Hard time finding things that fit. Many items were out of stock in several sizes. Probably because rhey were 40% ofc items. Would not want to pay full price though. Fittimg rooms were very busy and the customers in the store were not veey friendly, but the sraff were. Got most of what we needed and got out.”

“The gentlemen there were a great help, they know their craft. I tried to order a suit online (sizing myself) and in short I wouldn’t make a good tailor. So I brought the suit I had bought online over to this location and the guys there took expert care of me. Now I look like James Bond instead of Kevin James. Do yourself a favour and pay them a visit.”
“Love this store!!! It offers a plethora of authentic, fairly-priced Irish goods, from quality knitwear and jackets to cute knickknacks and souvenirs. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the store has a lovely, warm atmosphere, like stepping into an Irish marketplace. They have a large range of sizes too, even in their robust selection of hats. I was looking for a flat cap for my Dad and was pleased to find sizes small to extra large.
Something I particularly love is the fact that quality materials are used in their products, with knitwear being offered in wool, cashmere, cotton and more. As a knitter, I know that these materials make for cozier, longer-lasting and more sturdy garments. You’d be surprised how many places in Vic are selling “designer sweaters” for outrageous prices in polyester and acrylic.
Staff are always happy to assist you by giving their input, helping you choose the right size or answering questions. I felt very welcome there. And if you ask, they are knowledgeable when it comes to washing and care instructions, so you can keep your items in great condition for years to come. Only good things to say really; my experience with this store has always been extremely positive!”

“Got myself a beautiful pair of hiking shoes. After going to MEC and purchasing a pair there I walked into Mark's just to see if possibly there were a pair that was more affordable and more comfortable. I found a pair that were super comfy, waterproof and $90 cheaper. I walked right back to MEC and returned the others. Mark's is always on point! Great prices! Great variety ?”

I still have v-neck tees from years ago - they lasted a long time. 3. Failed zippers are a universal problem. 4. I wish they would restock those Navy-blue denim shirts.”
“They always have everything I want to buy from them . So today my wife and I spent over 700 dollars. The guy at the register asked if I wanted a bay for 2 dollars. I replied not for 2 dollars I would like it free. He looked up at the ceiling and avoided eye contact. Tryed to enroll us in the triangle rewards Mastercard. We said no and still no free 2 dollar bag. I'm disappointed in this company policy. Over 700 dollars spent and we don't get a free bag. I almost canceled the purchase because of that lack of understanding. Seriously 2 dollars bag can't be written off? This made me very unhappy and if I can find my work shoes elsewhere I will go there simply because of that one simple thing. It is really sad when a company can't bend and give you (us) the consumer who just spent over 700 dollars a free bag. Not happy and I will be telling everyone.”
