Maeve was an absolute gem to work with! We were a family of four with different needs and she went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed, was so kind and friendly, and even gave us touring recommendations! She was a total pleasure. The store is also excellent and a classic Canada brand for a reason!

I should have bought the pair of green Roots sweatpants, size large, when we had the chance. Our vacation quickly moved to Whistler before we knew it. Friendly staff. Quaint store. Well located.
