“On Saturday afternoon (the 7th of March) my wife and I went into the store at hillside mall to see about adding me to her contract and for both of us to get an upgrade on our phones. Seilla was so helpful, kind, and understanding.
She helped us pick out the phones we wanted, within our budget), and did her best to align us with the contracts that suited our needs the most.
It took quite a long time, so I know she went at least almost 3hrs without a break— but you would never know it! She was smiling and showed remarkable people skills and kindness the whole time. Personally, I was a little worried, seeing as how I had been a Virgin customer for almost 20 years, and did not know what to expect! But what I received was the best customer service I have ever gotten during a phone upgrade. So glad I switched to Telus, and will look for Seilla in the future, for our phone needs.”
