The shipping department is very unreliable. You have to wait and wait for their mistake. Bought two floor lamps should came in four boxes and they only shipped out two. Never answered the calls.

Our store has about 30 sets of drawers that were all installed about six years ago and because they’re used heavily, they’re all starting to fall off the tracks and warp under pressure etc..
