“Giving us the run around on trying to get replacement parts for our couch and chair that is under warranty. We wait 8 months for a replacement piece that never comes and now we put the pressure on and suddenly they are going to be able to source the parts we need. Their furniture is garbage, their customer service is the worst!
EDIT: They are replacing our furniture. I will update the review when this actually happens
They made it right! We got our new furniture in a timely manner with great delivery drivers. We are satisfied!! Edited to 5 stars”
“Outstanding service from the AV guys at Visions in Langford! Karlin and Mario know their stuff and guided me towards finding the perfect stereo setup without any pressure. I highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for friendly, expert advice, and you know that Visions always beats Best Buy and Amazon on price.”
“Initially thought I had an issue with the built in vacuum system. Turns out had a clogged vacuum hose. Alan gave me some guidance as to how to clean the hose from the blockage. It sucks again. Thanks for your wisdom, Alan.”
“Fantastic custom install in my home for an updated: Control4 lighting system, music system and TV system. Joel provided amazing expertise and spot-on recommendations, and Gabor provided a skilled install and a super helpful orientation. Highly recommended.”
“Satya at Mobile Q at Tillicum was top notch.I purchased an Otterbox Defender case for a new iphone17 w/the added perk from Otterbox of a free Clip-on holder to attach at my hip. Unfortunately the code didn't work when entered at the time of purchase. Satya took care of it; contacted the company; had it shipped to him (as I requested; and let me know when it was in for pick-up. His communication every step of the way was excellent. Thanks Mobile Q! And thanks Satya !”
“Hello,
Dylan Larocque provided excellent service today. He asked the right questions so that he was able to provide me with the option that best suits my needs; excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.
He is also very personable. In fact, I would hire him!

“London Drugs is always a solid choice for deals on random stuff you didn't know you needed or wanted until you saw it for 60% off and just had to have it. Besides that you can find pretty much anything that you want. Want some snack? Howabout some headphones? What about a toaster? Do you smell and need deodorant while your prescription is being filled? LONDON DRUGS”
“Had an awesome experience at Best Buy today! I always find the customer service here above and beyond other places. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Friesha today and she was super helpful! She was upbeat, friendly and answered a ton of my questions. She helped me select a new camera for recording vlogs insta 360 x5 I walked out with an unexpected upgrade and I couldn’t be happier! Give Friesha a promotion or raise!!”

“Your neighbourly 7-11 here at Uptown, Victoria! Located just next to an ESSO filling station, this gas station convenience shop has all the items and amenities that you’d expect to find in one! My cousin was charging his car at the Uptown Center and I walked to this place to get us some samosas!
Some of the things you’d find here are:
1. Slurpee
2. Coffee (Brewing Machines)
3. Chocolates
4. Energy Drinks
5. Chips and snacks
6. Fresh baked snacks: Pizza, Rolls, Doughnuts and Chicken Wings
7. Pet food
8. Detergent
9. Fisherman’s friend
10. Buss Pass
11. Soda
There is an ATM booth of Scotiabank in the premises.
The employee Rishabh was very polite and professional. He was prompt to serve the customers and always had a proactive attitude. I definitely appreciate his service, and will definitely visit when I’m around Uptown Center.”
“Purchased an iPad and case yesterday. Today, James and Ryan helped me transfer my data from my old iPad. They were both very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. They offered suggestions and answered my questions without reservation. We have for several years purchased items from London Drugs Computer/Camera Departments. This is just another reason why we will continue to always check with London Drugs before purchasing or seeking technical assistance for these products. James and Ryan were very accommodating and took the stress out of the process.”

“Often shy and quiet staff but always as friendly and polite as a shy and quiet person can be. My wife and I will on occasion take the kids here in the summer time for ice cream or slurpees.
Expect to pay your typical convenience store prices! Woohoo for free slurpee day. Am I right?”
“Candace at the pharmacy was really sweet and helpful!! I switched my pharmacy from shoppers on jacklin to this London drugs location a while back and i am so happy with the decision.”
“I always have a great experience at London Drugs in Saanich Centre, thanks to Ellaine. She always has a smile on her face whenever I visit and is friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to.
She was very helpful when I returned a hair iron I had purchased and made the whole process quick and easy. She has also helped me many times with my regular purchases and is always happy to answer my questions.
Ellaine has a pleasant personality and provides excellent customer service. She truly makes customers feel welcome. London Drugs is lucky to have her on the team!”

“Best employees EVER! I always order 711 from skip the dishes when I am unable to drive (after edibles), to get a slurpee. Today they threw in 2 extra goodies for me!! :') <3”
“Have been here twice in my trip (Wednesday morning and Monday afternoon) and the lady working was the same lady both times and she was very nice.
I tried some of the gas station food, so I'll update my review if it makes me sick.
Good variety gas station and convenience store, I'll have to try other Seven Elevens to compare, but it seems like a good one to me.”

“I had an issue with a product, that product had a 1800# for customer service so I called them was told 2-3days but in rare cases may take up 30 days. Some 60+ days later of them stalling and running me around I went into 7eleven. I spoke with the manager and wow what a great experience that was. She was outstanding, clear communication, explained the store side of things and she looked into the matter, about a week later it's now resolved.
From the worst customer service experience I have had dealing with Incomm, to one of the best with 7eleven Hillside.
Sincerely thank you ??”
