“I love this place. It is has a little bit of everything. Great for craft items such as soap and candle making, with plenty of Mica powders. They also carry pet food in packaging and bulk for your average pet/farm animals, and garden supplies. Prices are reasonable. This store is a gem”
“I had an excellent experience at Bosley's today. Selina went above and beyond to help me find the best products for my cat, who has ongoing UTI issues and can be quite picky with food. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the different options clearly, and recommended products that would support both urinary health and better dental hygiene while being easier for my cat to tolerate.
Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the whole experience stress-free. I really appreciated the personalized service and left feeling confident that I was making the right choices for my cat.

“I am not one to write reviews when visiting any business in Victoria. This being said I must write one on the visit I had recently to the store in Victoria. Every time I visit to purchase seed, suet or merchandise at Wild Birds Unlimited, I am greeted with outstanding professional and friendly staff who are always willing to let you know they are there to help you to find your products. Their knowledge and excellent customer service is a 10/10. It is obvious they love their jobs and enjoy working in the shop. Even if they only have one staff member, it is obvious the person loves to show off new items as well. If I have had questions related to some merchandise, I have found that they are so helpful to ensure I get the best knowledge about it. I enjoy the videos of birds plus the extra walks and talks that are planned. The talk on Crows was exceptional. A great event. I believe this business is essential for Victoria residents who love their birds. I do feel more staffing is essential at times when it is very busy. One person is willing to help however, when it is busy, stores should provide extra staffing. I sincerely hope the present staff is notified of their excellence in customer service and people skills in helping people who love birds. Bravo to Wild Birds Unlimited on Shelbourne. Your staff and shop continues to provide a great need in our city. I think the staff requires extra rewards and compliments for the hard work they do to show their love of their jobs! “I love this pet shop! They have everything we need for our cat and our weenie dog and are so friendly and knowledgeable.
A few weeks ago I went in for Feliway or to try to calm my cat down on car rides. One of the staff (I don't remember her name but I think she was the manager) had just done a pet First Aid course and suggested that I put the cat in a carrier with a blanket over it so the cat couldn't see out. IT HAS BEEN A GAME-CHANGER. I can take my cat anywhere and it's so simple.

Their return policy is very fair and was a clincher for me. Staff handled my return with understanding and professionalism, showing a real commitment to quality customer service.

“I have to say, I’ve been in Creatures many times before, and I wasn’t a fan. However the hatred being spewed by another pet store about you guys, the last few times I’ve been in, definitely made me uncomfortable and not wanting to shop there. So I wanted to revisit.
Before, I found the store to be quite unwelcoming, there was a sense of come in, hurry up and leave. I never wanted to stay, or ask questions I had and truthfully it felt like you were burdening the staff.
But a lot has seemed to change, the staff are happy at the front and welcome you in. The gentleman in reptiles is outstanding, incredibly passionate and someone trustworthy for information. It’s like everyone seems to have a goal for the day, both individually and as a collective store and are effectively working towards it.
The ability to care for all the animals, accommodate all the customers and still keep yourselves level headed and professional isn’t easy and I applaud you for that.
I’ll keep shopping here and recommend to my friends to revisit. You guys are doing a great job.”

“I often drop by here to buy manure and gardening supplies. Every time I go, I get warmed up to the kindness of all the staff inside and outside. Everything that deals with people is never going to be easy. Nevertheless, I think their attitude toward us with a consistent smile is the best. I also get expressionless when I visit certain stores that do something passive with expressionless and indifferent. I love this place that always makes me feel grateful.”
