The prices are pretty standard, and they have the deal that if you buy a certain amount of the same food, you eventually get a free bag. Which is lovely and keeps me coming back. Also nice that they’re all over Canada, so if you move you still have your account. This location is great, the staff are all friendly and helpful when needed. ????”

“Bought a custom cat tree couple years ago. Thing is over 6' tall. Built like a tank. Will outlive my crazy cat no doubt. The price for his builds are too good. Why buy a junky one from a chain store that will fall apart?Edit* just wanted to add that I've bought a second one and was informed they will recondition their work for the life of the tree!”

“They're great, helpful, knowledgeable and everything between and even help carry a huge bag of dog food to your car. When my back was out, I really appreciated it! Helped us get the right fittings for our little fur babies, and when the training items didn't work, they got us the refund. Would have given 5 stars (I should), but they don't have a price match guarantee. Just slightly more expensive than competitors. The problem is not Bosley's, it's the manufacturers jacking up prices like crazy (Hill's Science, for example, was $85 for a 28lb bag in 2020, now $115). I need to write a letter to Hill's science now, can we all complain together?”

“Super helpful staff, and they stock a lot of stuff other pet stores don't. After wasting my time going to other pet stores, I went to A Pet's Life find something to ease the pain my cat was in, and they had the product I needed. My cat didn't really need a visit to a vet, I just needed what this store had. I did try vets to see if they had something they could sell me, but they all wanted me to bring my cat in, but I didn't want to stress him anymore than I needed to. I highly recommend this store.”

“Great place for anyone that’s looking to take your dog for a quick shower after a trip to the beach. The environment there is very welcoming. The staff there were very friendly and give my dog lots of attention. They have a great selection of shampoos and conditioner. And they provide fresh towels for your dog to use and a treat for after the shower. I would recommend Bosley on Oak Bay Avenue to anyone that’s looking for pet supply and dog wash.”

“I desperately needed to get my fluff ball in for a haircut, so I took my 15.5 yr old dog Milo in for grooming, I also purchased a Luxury package for extra pampering. I dropped him off, the groomer, I think her name was Jessica, asked if there were anything she should be aware of with him. I gave her my dog's dislikes and likes and asked her to let me know if she has any problems. When I came in to pick up Milo, he was so happy! His tail was wagging and he looked fantastic! The groomer did an excellent job. She informed me that Milo was very good and she had no problems. This was my first time there and I will definatley be back! Amazing customer service and amazing job to all the staff!”

“Bosley's staff are very nice. The items are quality. It is a bit upscale and you need to have a pretty good income to shell out 120 every three weeks for a large bag of adult dog food. I can get a bag of almost exactly the same food at Costco for 50 and its TWICE the size. My Rotti eats a lot so its saves me a ton. But Bosley's for treats, accessories, and toys is hard to beat.”

“I went in to see how getting a bird would be like and met one person who was so nice and helpful. I like this place so much and have quite fond memories of going around the store looking at all the animals when i was younger. Also I really like the atmosphere in there. The somewhat cluttered, smelly and tropical feeling I find to be really nice. I liked it so much I am seriously considering seeing if I can work there at some point. But I do know that if I need anything for my birds I am certainly going to want to go there.”

“We stopped into the Langford, BC location today to ask about a pheromone diffuser, that I had seen online, to help reduce the aggression between our two cats. We asked a nice lady named Myssie our question, and boy was she the perfect person to ask. She had used the Feliway Friends diffuser for the same problem with her cats, and was a wealth of knowledge. She answered all of our questions, and we felt very fortunate that she was there to help us. PetSmart should feel very fortunate to have this employee, as she was one of the most helpful people we have come across in a long time. Thanks again Myssie. Hope to give you an update on our cat situation soon.”
