“have gone their a few times this months and never disappoints me, the washrooms are always so clean as well as the store. Great customer I had one issue with the pump and one of the workers were able to patiently fix the issue with me 👏”

“I've been wanting to do this for a while now, but I am always heading out to a busy work day after I shop there. The customer service at this location is exemplary! I am a BCL manager by day and have an event bartending biz on the side, so customer service is very important to me. Natasha and the team...including the gentleman with the hat (sorry I can't recall his name atm) are the reason I try to only shop there for my gas and my ice and the occasional tire pressure check? Thanks Natasha and team:) I hope you all see this and know how much you appreciated?”

“We are long-time 'older' Superior customers! We recently had to have our propane tanks replaced and there were some complications due to the lay of our property. The Superior Staff who helped expedite the exchange were helpful, courteous, and friendly! We would like to give a *SPECIAL PAT ON THE BACK* to: "RANDY" — Delivery-Driver who, although doesn't deliver to our house now, has CONTINUOUSLY been extremely helpful to us! "JOHN" – Our current Delivery-Driver, who is 'on the ball' at all times! "LINDSAY" — "Supervisor" — who quickly and efficiently solved any problems *before* they cropped up re tank exchange! "BLESSING" — "Delivery Co-ordinator" whose cheerful voice and help on the phone we can always count on! "JASON" — Cheerful 'Crane Operator"' who removed the old tanks and installed the new ones! "ROD" — Super-Friendly "Gas-Fitter' who expertly hooked up new tanks!”
