I wanted a location downtown Victoria. After searching I found Prestige. I drove there to view their location (and 2 others). Went in and received price. I did view there other completed vehicles. Dropped off the following week. Upon picking up our 8year old black SUV, I’m very impressed! They did a wonderful job! Shiny, smooth, swirls and haze gone! Their shop is clean and organized and took the time to answer my questions ! Differently a 5star!”

“I've been wanting to do this for a while now, but I am always heading out to a busy work day after I shop there. The customer service at this location is exemplary! I am a BCL manager by day and have an event bartending biz on the side, so customer service is very important to me. Natasha and the team...including the gentleman with the hat (sorry I can't recall his name atm) are the reason I try to only shop there for my gas and my ice and the occasional tire pressure check? Thanks Natasha and team:) I hope you all see this and know how much you appreciated?”

“Car wash is what you would expect from a touchless system. Not as good as hand washing and can leave water spots. Overall good for once over to get mud and salt off.”

“Decent 24-hour self-service car wash. There's a sign saying you have to get a code from the cashier, and you can do that, but you can also just tap your card and it'll work. It will authorize up to $15, charge your card $2 initially, then continue charging in small increments (up to $15) until you press the STOP button, so remember to do that before leaving. There is no coin slot. Water pressure isn't quite as high as at the Shell at Six Mile, but the foam from the brush here seems thicker, and the bays are wider, so overall I'd say this place is slightly nicer. Lighting could be better though. Also has hangers on the wall for hosing down your floor mats. Like any normal car wash, there's only so much it can do against serious grime, but for a quick wash, it's as good a spot as any.”
