Rented a bike for the day and my experience was great. The whole team working today was helpful in suggesting a route and giving detailed directions on how to get on the trail and to my destination. I even got a compliment on the bike itself while out riding!

Just rented some bikes for myself and kids and we dealt with Brian. The most condescending individual I've ever met in a customer service role. Unfortunately I wouldn't return after the discomfort my family and I felt.
