He was able to tell me the different flavour profiles and what would work best for every dish I was planning. Although I do not have much experience with other stores in the area, I could not imagine anyone having more inventory than this store. 2-3 isles dedicated to spices.Only downside is they only take cash/debit... although I understand why.”

“A well laid out grocery store with lots of extras. There is a great deli, an in-house bakery, butcher shop and fresh seafood section. The produce section carries a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The star of this grocery store is the deli and prepared food section - great food at good prices; a great place for a hot breakfast, lunch or supper. But the jewel of the store is its hot and ready Chinese food! The best on the Westshore for a Chinese food feast.”

“Our son(4yrs old) was very proud to carry the milk round the entire store only to drop it, where it exploded at exit. The staff gave us a new milk, no charge and a fruit roll to calm our son down. Lovely!”
