About The Shoe Company

The Shoe Company provides footwear for the family with great products and great prices. Many customers report outstanding service and a great experience, with staff described as super friendly, super helpful, pleasant, and going above and beyond. Sales associates are noted for being very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining different types of materials and gladly assisting customers in finding comfortable options. The service attitude is consistently excellent and contagious. However, some reviews indicate recent challenges. There can be a serious lack of stock availability in store, making it difficult to purchase desired items immediately. While online ordering is an option, it is not always feasible for customers who want their shoes today. Additionally, getting help on the floor is sometimes reported as becoming harder, even when multiple staff are present. The feedback encourages the store management to do better regarding stock and floor service to match the otherwise high-quality customer experience.

Clean store. We managed to find shoes that fit my kiddos big feet but if you're looking for bigger than 14 good luck. We found two pairs of 15. Staff were not friendly in the till - they'd rather talk to each other but then, they are teenagers. We might be back but I'm guessing finding 15s might be hard.

I visited the store looking for shoes for my kids and was assisted by AK. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. He took the time to help me find what I needed and made the whole shopping experience pleasant and stress-free. Thank you, AK, for the outstanding service! 😊♥
