“A review all the way from Florida, United States! I do not normally write reviews, but this experience deemed my time. I found the product I was seeking via their online store. I actually called the store and spoke to a customer service representative, who was physically in the store!! She was so kind and confirmed they had the exact shoes. I received my new Red Wings within a respectable amount of time considering how far they had to fly…. See what I did there? I will definitely be ordering more shoes or accessories from Heart and Sole. All around excellent experience, excellent customer service, and great online store. The website is very easy to navigate. “Do you need some random, kinda weird thing ASAP for a costume and don't know where to go? Well, look no further friends, because chances are they have it here! Plus, it's all made by children in sweatshops in third world countries, so if you can forget about that then it's super cheap as well! Bonus!EDIT: Yo, I wasn't bashing you guys at all, you gotta do what you gotta do, that's life. Hence the 5 stars. Just saying your prices could reflect the quality a bit better, that's all (aka be a bit higher). I shop at Ardene, as I'm sure many other people do, no need for the response. “First time buying online from this store because 1) I wanted to support local Canadian businesses and 2) They were selling these boots with a specific style that I really loved at a reasonable price. Shipment was smooth (it didn't take too long for the boots to get to Montreal!) and the boots were in perfect condition and looked exactly as online. I really appreciate the personal touch they add to their packaging with a thank you note for shopping local, it's very nice. I would definitely shop again!”

“The shoes tend to me more expensive that if you shop around, but the loyalty system should make up for it (haven't bought enough pairs yet), as well as the customer service. Marilyn was able to discount a pair of shoes that had been priced incorrectly on the shelf, for me.Though it seemed like it had been a long day, she could probably use a paid vacation!I'll be back the next time I need shoes that don't require toe protection.”

While waiting, my 5 year old son was horsing around with his uncle and smoked his face on one of the shelves by the checkout. The staff were very supportive as I consoled my crying child. Champs is always a good option as they are eager to help with a smile.”
