“My regular mechanic told me the problem with my vehicle but was not able to fix the transmission problem. I took it to Bullfrog to have it diagnosed. They told me the same issues as my mechanic told me about the vehicle. Nothing more, nothing less. To fix the problem of my old SUV was more than I wanted to spend. They agreed it was not worth the cost. They said there was no charge for the diagnoses. Friendly, professional.”
“Honest and reliable mechanics. I orginally switched mechanic shops as this place was close to my work after using a previous mechanic for 15 years. I will continue to use Lyall Street in the future as their turnaround is quick and I trust the work they do. I don't ever feel taken advantage of and they have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. 1000% recommend this shop!”
“Professional and friendly. Got my car in immediately to inspect. Came up with solutions quickly and efficiently for my problem. In and out, back on the road with no lonn wait time. Fair pricing! Highly recommend. Thanks guys!”
“I took my SUV in because the oil pressure light came on. They got me in the very next day and fixed the issue by replacing the oil pressure switch.
Another issue came up, and they diagnosed it for free and told me it was nothing pressing at this time. No beating around the bush.
Great communication, they explained everything in detail. Honest service and a decent price, with peace of mind to boot!
Not so easy to find these days.
I’m very happy with their service and will definitely recommend them to friend and family!”
“These are the best! Amazing service!!!!! Extremely knowledgeable. They are my new repair shop! 10/10 I can’t say enough great things about my experience.”
“Having driven from Toronto with my 1992 Eurovan during the summer peak, I deeply appreciated Neil fitting me in when my engine began making an odd noise. He took time to figure out a problem that had been missed by many others and to provide a great solution. Kyler made a terrific repair. I learned a lot from the encounter, and would recommend Ellice Automotive Ltd. and his team. Thank you!”

“Outstanding service! David Buchan and the team at Victoria Transmission and Auto Care did an incredible job replacing my clutch. David saw I was on a tight budget and did everything he could to make the repair affordable while delivering top-tier service. The car drives like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Honest, skilled, and compassionate.”
