“The staff, Especially Mark, at the location of my rental were very polite, clear communication, and answered all my questions. It was my first time renting a convertible sports car, and everything was explained to me before leaving the lot. Upon drop off time, I was met with same level of professionalism and customer service as when I picked up the vehicle. They offered a $20 credit off my rental to help with the cab fare to the airport. 10/10, 5 stars and will definitely book again.”
