“Absolutely exceptional customer service, and an incredible dedication to assisting me to discover that shopping for Men’s wear can go far beyond looking for a small, medium or large.
After losing a considerable amount of weight, I found myself needing to look for clothing that fit me better. I happen to come across MacDermotts and was immediately captivated by the time and attention their staff was willing to give me. Coming from a world we’re only small, medium or large are your only options I anticipated this Process to be Overwhelming. Thanks to the staff my experience has been the complete opposite of that. The time they take to tailor and adjust the clothing to fit your body is remarkable, and a breath of fresh air.
What stands out to me the most is just how attentive every staff member is to greeting anybody that comes through their doors without being pushy or trying to over sell you. There is a genuine desire to help you find what you’re looking for. In the short time that I have been shopping here, I have purchased over 60 items of clothing and look forward to continuing a relationship that makes shopping for men refreshing and enjoyable.”

“I went into Old Navy today and had a great experience. I shop here often and it’s always good, but today really stood out. I was looking for a black pair of pants, but they were out of stock, so one of the employees suggested the same style in dark purple. I tried them on and loved them—they fit perfectly.
I also found a top I liked, but it wasn’t in my size. Another employee took the time to search the store until we found the right size. Both employees were super positive and went above and beyond to help. I wish I knew their names.
The person at the till was also very friendly and kind, as always. This is why I love shopping here great service and a welcoming atmosphere.”
