“Kate was amazing! She is efficient and smart and took my reservation quickly. When I arrived she was very good at explaining everything to me and got my documentation in. I rushed to pick up a bookcase and return the trailer before they closed and I arrived back 2 minutes after closing. Kate was again super helpful and kind and helped me return the trailer even though she had to stay a little later. This was amazing and beyond the call of duty for her to do! I was deeply appreciative of her considerate help. I highly recommend this place and especially if you have the good fortune to work with Kate! She is wonderful and so helpful!”

“I don't tend to do many reviews, but I have worked with Budget over the last 25+ years for various moving needs, and Westside storage more specifically for the last 3 years. The staff there are always friendly and really move through the rental process like they are a well oiled machine. The whole property always seems so clean, and they show that they take pride in the business. If Westside Self Storage is an option I highly recommend them, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else .”
