After I got home I couldn’t get a few things to work and they told me to come back in and helped me to solve the problem. Not a criticism specific to this store, but to Apple in general: lack of access to phone or online support when the hard drive of my old Mac won’t erase. Or are people expected to bring in their old computers for recycling with all of their info still on it?
Wouldn’t be posting this here if I saw any other options to let Apple know this is a problem.”
