Free People is a great store with helpful, super friendly, and polite staff who create a super safe environment. The lovely workers take their time, offering patience, understanding, and a wicked eye for style. They provide a very helpful service, including handling online orders for duty-free purchases. Customers describe having excellent experiences where the staff truly "get" them and their style, making it a wonderful place to shop.
I stopped by yesterday and Patricia was so helpful and attentive. I accidentally left my credit card after paying, and they kept it safe for me. Really appreciate it, amazing service!
