Ordered my mattress over the phone a couple days later, and got it delivered today — the delivery people arrived very on-time, were so nice and chill, and it was overall a very smooth delivery. “We purchased the Split-King plasma bed a year ago from the home show. We love it; especially how we can raise the head of the bed, so our heads are 5 inches higher. (Yay! No more snoring and has really helped with a lot less incidents of "acid reflux"!!!!) Also, it's a luxury to have a lot more space to sprawl out onto!!!”

They have the best products and great prices and they are a pleasure to do business with. They are the kind of business people you want to support because they take good care of you. I was immediately impressed by their excellent products, their interest in the environment and supporting local business and as if that’s not enough they are so very knowledgeable, helpful and fun that I find myself dropping by whether I’m seriously buying or just looking to see what new in stock. I absolutely love my organic latex mattress topper, my cozy down duvets, pillows, and beautiful sheet sets and I have bought my towels, table cloths, place mats and napkins there as well as environmentally green laundry and cleaning products.I can’t recommend them highly enough. “My husband and I recently bought our new Plasmabed from Sleep Mart in North Vancouver, and we are glad we did. Unlike the other stores, Sleep Mart's salespeople were very knowledgeable and open about all their mattresses which made picking the right one for us very easy. My husband and I are very happy with our Plasmabed 1200 series Powernap mattress. It has helped significantly with my bad back and Jim's hip. I highly recommend going to Sleep Mart if you are in the market for a new bed.”
“Bought a sofa bed for$ 250 ,paid $100 for delivery . I was pleased every aspect of the transaction. The delivery men they were on time and very good at getting the very heavy sofa in and down the hall of my small apartment building and into my suite.

“Needing a new duvet, I was pleased to speak with Yves and benefit from his knowledge on all things sleep! I love that the duvets are made right here in North Vancouver by hand - there was no shipping charges or packaging to recycle - I ended up with the King Light Organic Wool Duvet and a wool pillow. The light Wool duvet is amazing - it's cozy & airey all at the same time - perfect in Winter & Summer. Being able to adjust the fill on the wool pillow is easy with the zipper closure. I even picked up a Chipped Latex pillow for my husband and it has improved his sleep position noticeably. It was a standout experience - thanks Yves !”

“I got a new pull out couch, desk, and office chair from here and I'm quite happy with it. The couch comes apart and was able to fit through a small space. One of the pieces for the desk was damaged but Monarch sent me a new piece and I was able to put it all together. Service was helpful and friendly, and delivery was quick”

“although the shop looks inferior and old school, the staff especially James (the owner's son) is very nice and helpful. the mattress quality is good so as the bed frame. price is reasonable.
i bought one bed frame and two mattress there. when they prepared the order, they made mistake in writing my phone nbr., on the day of delivery, they were unable to deliver on the promised day, they called me but failed to reach me of course because the nbr was wrong, instead of ignoring me and let me waiting for them, they came to my home and asked the gate staff to reach me and tell me
they can't deliver on that day and say apology to me., actually, the one came
to my place to advise me they can't deliver on that day is the owner, he is very kind and responsible indeed.
so strongly recommend you to buy mattress
and bed frame there unless you look for very high class one, otherwise this one is worth for price !
