Jacky replies to my emails quickly, and offers thoughtful solutions via email. She has NEVER referred me to call the banking Center number. She has done my mortgage and corporation, set up investments and GICs where it made more sense, done regular portfolio analysis, and helped with financial planning... there’s nothing she can’t do. “Me and my wife had a very good experience at this CIBC branch.We didn’t have an appointment out first visit, general manager saw that we were lost and helped us to schedule an appointment for the next day.On the next day manager Gurbir has helped us to open new accounts and order credit cards. We are new to Canada, so he had to explain different account types, credit score, etc. He did a great job and was very patient answering all questions.”
