Very poor service, if you want to see a teller be prepared to wait, 5 booths and only 1 teller, with long line up is pretty standard at this branch.

CIBC sucks in every way possible,been a customer over 20 years and get treated like a third class citizen,yeah not open Saturdays hahaha what a joke

I went to this bank to deposit my paycheque, but the teller and her supervisor refused to release the hold because they said they don’t know me. I provided them with my ID, but they still wouldn’t do it. Horrible! Other CIBC branches aren’t like this—you just need to show your ID to verify yourself
