“Brought my Chevy in due to some grinding noise in my front wheel, and some sensor issues. OK Tire took my car and told me that the bearings needed to be replaced, the electronic sensor needed to be replaced, and that my power steering was going to need to be replaced, although they wouldn't replace the power steering, as they said it was unnecessary.

I ok'd the replacements as they told me my car would be undriveable in a matter of days, without it.

When I first got back on the road, everything seemed fine (with the exception of my power steering making a horrible noise). But within two days, I had literally every issue I had previously come back with a vengeance! My power steering was getting louder every day, the grinding in my wheels was still there and also happens more frequently, all my sensor readings are off and the lights flash all the time, I don't know how, but my windows all shake when they are lowering now, AND, this is the kicker, my car randomly shuts off now when driving...!

I gave them my car thanks to a grinding issue, they took my car and made it ten times less safe to drive! I don't even know how somebody does that!

As a bonus, I took my car to get an oil change at GCOC (I take it to the same guy), and since last time, he noticed that someone would have had to drain the power steering to get it to the level it was at. He topped it up, no more noise. It was free too. So, I'm over here thinking, these guys drained my power steering as well? Or they didn't notice? Is that better? I was livid!

I spent just under $2,000 on this repair and my car is worse now! AND when I emailed them about the issue over two weeks ago now, they have yet to respond! They won't pick up the phone either! I got this repair done just a month ago, and my car feels more like a liability than ever before!

IF the owner is paying attention to these reviews, I would greatly appreciate being reached out to as it seems no one reaches out any other way!

Edit: The Owner (Chad) called me a couple hours after I posted this review and talked with me to come up with a solution to amend the grievances I had above. Chad was fantastic on the phone and very helpful, and I look forward to meeting with him in person!

After several weeks of back and forth, Chad and his team worked with me and my car to find the unique issue that was plaguing NY vehicle. They were super patient, and helpful the entire time and even refunded me for the unnecessary replacements. Great team, will be going back!”
