I find 8/10 the staff are rude and not helpful in store and at donation drop off. The prices are to high for whats in the store. Compaired to other thrift stores. Ive seen cleaner Value villages. Westbanks store can do better.

It's been a great place to find some good rock and roll clothes and some work clothes as well
