The v.vin west kelowna is reasonably priced. Theres always new stuff. Its clean. Staff can be a bit more friendlier though. ?But other than that...its a good place to find what you need.

I have found really pretty good items fairly priced. Especially wall art and Ukrainian folk vinyl! It was rare find. Yay!

Prices are a little inflated, especially for some lower quality items but did find a decent jacket for under $20

Service is excellent, but the prices are out of control lately! I went to value village in Rutland and was very annoyed that their product is WAYYY cheaper than the west kelowna location. Its DEFINITELY worth the drive. Prices in comparison make that drive essentially pay for itself. They get their product free. They make pure profit. It's pure corporate greed. Go to Rutland.

It has been many years since I stepped into a Value Village store.I was looking for white wine glasses and did I find them? You betcha, exactly what I had in mind.I asked this friendly lady at the front if I could leave these 2 glasses with her so I wouldn't shatter them, of course she says, and positively comment on my find.I have never seen a cleaner store, more organized and equipped with so many friendly helpful staff.Am I really in a Value Village store? I sure was and I certainly will go back as I know I will find a lot more treasures. It was such an uplifting experience, especially after all the crazy lockdowns and mandates. There was just one wee negative part to all this, the cashier made no attempt at all to wrap my very fragile purchase. I stood there waiting but she was quickly attending to the next customer even though it wasn't busy at all.I waited and then asked her if she would please wrap them as the paper was right there at her fingertips. There is always room for improvement in an otherwise very cost efficient outlet.

Value Village is a second-hand store that offers a wide variety of used items at affordable prices. In my opinion, it is a fantastic place to find real bargains and contribute to environmental care. What I like most about Value Village is the diversity of products they have available. From clothing and shoes to furniture, books, and household items, there is always something interesting to discover. Plus, they are constantly updating their inventory, so each visit is a new experience.Another positive aspect is the price. Products at Value Village are usually much cheaper than buying new at conventional stores. This makes it a perfect place for those looking to save money without sacrificing quality. In addition, by shopping at Value Village, you are also contributing to environmental care. By giving used items a second life, waste is reduced and reuse is promoted.Regarding customer service, I have always had positive experiences. The staff is friendly and willing to help if you have any questions or need help finding something in particular. In summary, Value Village is a second-hand store that offers a wide variety of used items at accessible prices. It's an ideal place to find bargains, save money, and contribute to environmental care. If you like the idea of reusing and want to find unique things, I would definitely recommend visiting Value Village.

It’s full of junk at retail prices. Seriously found maybe 1 good thing here at a decent price in 20 visits. If you’ve ever gone to thrift stores in the states then you will relate. They have dollar store items for 3.49. Shirts from Walmart for $15. Whomever prices this stuff is having a laugh.

I brought a shirt up to the tilll to buy and the tag had fallen off. I told the cashier that it was $2.99 and she didn’t believe me and tried to make me pay $7 for a Budweiser shirt that you get for free when you buy a 24 pack of beer. Lol wont be returning here

There are lots of clothes choices for all sizes, the shoes aren't that great of selection they look really old, dirty, just honestly should have been sorted out to not be put on the floor and sold. I understand the value village is a thrift store but there is a line. Also notice people that donate things that are higher quality or have that brand name that's populqr the donation person will cut the tag off the shirt so they aren't priced higher for the brand. Which i think is so fair and nice for the customer because i am sure excited to find some treasure in there, but if classified as a good brand, but still has holes, rips stains it still gets marked to $40 - so word of advice, just nake sure you reallrbkikwb

Excellent selection for kids clothing, books, and housewares. Clean store, much nicer than Kelowna store. Better pricing than some VV's but lots of clothing is still outrageously priced, wait for a sale!

Prices are high, they seem to forget they are a thrift store. Even if it is a brand name, if it is very worn it is not worth the premium price they want. A savvy shopper can get new cheaper at times at winners. Just saying.
