“I can't praise this business enough for its exceptional customer care and professionalism. We arrived on Friday afternoon with the "Check Engine" light on and a significant leak from the engine area. Worried that we wouldn’t be able to drive back to Seattle, we knew something was seriously wrong. Despite being fully booked and approaching the weekend, the guy listened to our concerns and agreed to inspect our car. Not only did he identify the problem, but he also put in the extra effort to fix it—something we truly appreciate. Had it not been for his help, we wouldn't have been able to drive home safely. We would have been stuck in Whistler or forced to rent a car and leave ours behind for repairs.
