“I've been using these boys for the last couple of years, and they really pulled through for me this last time in particular.
I recently bought a used truck from a dealership on the island, and of course it had a few teething issues - the one that turned out to be the most major being the heating not working properly. After doing the prior go-to fixes, all evidence was pointing towards it needing a new heater core ($2k fix). The boys here at Whistler automotive then very kindly knocked off the labour cost of one of these prior fixes (new thermostat), which was seriously appreciated. Thank you again for that!
They also got a Carfax done and noticed a potential odometer rollback that they alerted me to.
They advised me to call the dealership and see if they would do anything for me, and after apologizing profusely the dealership paid for my ferry both ways, did the heater core fix themselves, and gave me a courtesey car for the day, all free of charge!
