The last 2 times that my cousin and I have came to this 7-11 we have had horrible experiences with an employee there named “Kamalpreet”. She has absolutely zero customer service skills and has yelled and been rude to my cousin and I 2 times in a row on separate occasions of us visiting the store. I have never been treated like that by an employee and I was absolutely shocked. To be yelled at and treated like a P.O.S when I’ve been a returning customer to the stores location is absolutely ridiculous. Because of these situations I am now just going to be going to the circle k across the street because I don’t want to deal with someone who is so unpleasant and rude. Normally at this location the employees are great energy and have always been super nice, but since I’ve seen kamalpreet (which is twice) I have had bad experiences. I don’t like making reviews but i doubt 7-11 accepts that type of attitude and horrible customer service. KamalPreet was yelling infront of other customers aswell and actually caused a customer to leave because he didn’t want to deal with someone who treats customers like that. I hope management sees this review and takes action. Nobody deserves to be spoken to like how my cousin and I were spoken to, if no action is taken it will be obvious that 711s rules and regulations have taken a turn for the worse. Terrible service, do not come. They promised us free Slurpee for 7-11 day but instead gave us nothing!!!!

Manraj is very polite and helpful. Good spirits even during the late night shift. He helped me find everything I was looking for and reccomended snacks to me. Probably the friendliest cashier I’ve ever met

I usually go to this 7/11 because it's really near to my location and the food prices are fair and cheap, I really like this branch because the staffs are quite friendly and the store itself is fairly clean, I would also like to point out that the food selection they got here fits my wants and needs!! Highly recommend going to this 7/11.

Jul.11 is the date Steven eleven has promotion for members get a small cup slurpy. I went to 7-11 White Rock at 7:15pm to get it and be told it's sold. If you have a limit of slurpy to members, you should write it down on your App or Ad, then I wouldn't go there after work to save my time and gas. This is telling me your store is a scam to just want my personal information. That's my bad experience of your store.

Disappointed in the service, they sold me day old if not longer food. Not fresh and so tough biting through it sucked. They also need to be watched closely when scanning for your PC optimum points as they will not put it in correctly and then you won't get points.

Ordered skip the dishes and they got my order wrong. I had to drive all the way down to the 7/11, and when I get there the two workers were rude and smirking and laughing. It’s not that hard to get a simple order right, or try to fix it before it goes out. The staff did not handle the situation well at all.

5 stars for one of the best gas station coffee machines. It grinds fresh beans and brews a fresh Americano. The coffee was smooth and very flavourful.And bonus points for having good quality tea bags!
