“Exceptional service from start to end! Ordered window tint for my new Tesla Model Y through the Tesla app in September, and Monster Auto Lab reached out the same day to confirm delivery status. When I told them I hadn’t taken delivery yet, they said to let them know when it was scheduled. Fast forward 3 months and they proactively followed up during the holidays to check in. Since delivery was still pending, they were kind enough to schedule me in advance - really appreciated that thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
When I finally came in, the team was incredibly helpful. They walked me through all the tint options and showed me exactly what each would look like on my car, answering all my questions along the way. The quality of work was excellent and the service was top notch from beginning to end. If you’re looking for window tinting in Langley, I highly recommend Monster Auto Lab!”

“I went to another shop for an oil change, and they told me I needed to change all the fluids on my truck because they were “dirty.” I felt suspicious, so I decided to get an estimate from Langley Brake Shop and took my truck there. Their estimate was very reasonable. When they checked the fluids, they told me they were actually fairly clean. I only asked them to do the transmission fluid since my truck was close to 100,000 km and it had never been done. As a senior, saving money and being treated with honesty really means a lot to me. I truly appreciate their truthfulness and professionalism.”

Went In for an oil change and they provided a full vehicle diagnostic and a print out estimate of a couple things that need work on my vehicle. I appreciated that they gave a full estimate on recommended work as other places I have been too before did not do this. Also they have a shuttle service to take you back home while your vehicle. Definitely will be back.”

Amin's edification in car maintenance goes back from when he used to work as a mechanic for Toyota to owning his own shop, to now owning a piece of the Okay Tire franchise. No matter where he goes I follow because I trust him that much. Amin is very good at diagnosing and resolving any issue, and if he or his crew get it wrong they will make it right.
