“We are new to the area and have visited this branch a number of times. Each visit has allowed us to interact with a different teller, manager, or other staff member. Everyone always greets us, smiles, and makes us feel that they truly want to assist us. We never feel hurried, and each staff member has taken the time to ensure that we have everything that we need. There is a level of enthusiasm with the tellers that we find refreshing. We will continue to use this branch. “I went to this BMO branch to send a wire transfer to a third party. The bank wasn’t very busy at the time. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and paid close attention to my request. Since the transaction was large, the manager also got involved. They worked together and handled everything efficiently. Although this branch doesn’t seem to get a lot of traffic, everyone who comes in is assisted promptly. Overall, I had a very positive experience and think highly of this branch.”
