Everytime I go in, I am treated terribly, rolling eyes, snickering comments, rude sarcastic tones.
I work at the SPCA as well as Many pet stores in the area, the staff at this bosley's are the most narcissistic I've ever seen
I buy Big Country Raw dog food, 3-4 times a week, who my thought was one of the managers suggested to me that the next time I take a free one that I try to kangaroo which I was very excited about I went in I purchased my 12th and was supposed to receive the 13th for free the young man at the till refused to put it through told me that their system wouldn't allow it I went in on a second day and received my free one the kangaroo and they made many comments about how it was a more expensive one snickering laughing almost upset that I was taking the more expensive one as my free one.
I don't know why she suggested I try the kangaroo if they were going to be so snotty about me trying it.

Extremely Disappointing Experience!!
We bought PoochPants-premium diaper XL for our dog who is in heat, only to get home and discover it had clearly been used — it had visible blood stains. Disgusting and unacceptable. We called the store immediately and explained the situation, stressing that our dog is an indoor pet and we urgently needed a clean one that night.
We told them we were on our way back and would arrive by 6:03 PM. They refused to help, saying they close at 6 and don’t allow any sales or exchanges after that — even though the mistake was completely theirs. We begged for just a 3-minute grace period to correct their error, and they still said no. One staff member tried to ask someone else to help, but they flatly refused.
We were left scrambling to figure something out for our dog because of their poor service and zero accountability. No empathy. No flexibility. No actual customer care. Just a clock-in, clock-out attitude.

Friendly prompt and excellent customer service every time I go into buy dog food for my pup. I'm a new customer as had always gone to a shop nearby my home. However, the shop was bought out and the new owners are less than friendly. Their loss but Bosley's gain! I'm an amputee and so the sales attendant offers to carry the heavy bag without my even asking. That's excellent customer service so 6 stars is my recommendation!

Visited this location for the first time and was using the dog washing facilities. My dog made the great escape from the wash station. Yes, even warm water is torture to some dogs! There was an abundance of staff members working and one approached me while I was trying to get my dog back into the tub. She made it very obvious that she was annoyed that my dog had gotten loose. I wrestled my dog back in and told her I would clean up the water that got on the floor but she just stood there with her arms crossed glaring at me. It made me super uncomfortable as I was already frazzled. Wont be using this location in the future
