I went around 8:05pm. No staff was there, so I waited about 10mins. When the staff is back, she complaint about me going too late. She’s a supervisor and I think her name is Manpreet.

The staff are nice (or at least professional if they’re having a bad day) which I really appreciate! I’ve sent/received multiple mail items and all of them reached the destination safely. I also really appreciate their hours which is better than other locations.

This is a good post office. "Oceane" giving a one star because of the prices? The people at this office don't set the prices, genius, and they change all the time depending on the destination and contents of the package.Just look at her review history. Full of her complaining about management and mostly all one stars, for frivolous things. Dirty shopping baskets? Complaining about watery sauce? Mostly food related. Don't expect 5 star gourmet food when you frequent A&W. Sounds like a terrible, impossible to please customer. Seems to think everyone in the world is rude, even costco shoppers? Ok lady. Stop looking for problems.

I sent parcel at Canada Post White Rock (Semiahmoo Shopping Centre) today. I was totally flattered by Tarah. She demonstrated high level of customer service. Her empathy was genuine. She literally helped to pack, answered all my numerous questions, advised me and clarified many details. She pleased me a lot! At the same time she effectively serviced other customers from line up.Additionally, I want to tell about her attitude regarding another customer. The lady came with her little baby. Tarah handed to her huge plush stuffed toy, than the lady was able to entertain her baby meanwhile Tarah promptly worked on her request.Tarah deserves all rewards for her professionalism, customer service focused attitude, great time management, ability to handle difficult situations and customers.I wish all of Canada Post employees will behave like Tarah!

I don’t recommend this Canada post service, I went there last night. The guy was nice and helpful but I think he Definitely charged me way too much. He told me my options were $19 something and if I could squeeze my package into a envelope thing it will go down to $15. I was shipping a little hand cream and a Starbucks gift card? Why was it so expensive. It wasn’t a Christmas gift, it didn’t have to get there for Christmas, I’m wondering if he charged me so much because of Christmas, also he gave me a tracking number? Do all packages come with a tracking number now? I thought there was an option for cheaper shipping with no tracking number. I talked around with some people and my friend sent out 9 Christmas gifts to the postal service and only paid $28 for shipping, so why do I pay $15 well originally $20 for a tiny hand cream and gift card?? Pretty upsetting. Wont be going back, and this isn’t the first time they have really bad postal prices for simple things
