“Honestly, the No. 1 shop in all of Surrey! The customer service is absolutely amazing, and the staff are so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The prices are very genuine and reasonable, especially considering the amazing quality of the clothes.
The collection is beautiful, the clothes are high-quality, and you can really see the care they put into their products and customer service. I had such a wonderful shopping experience and felt very comfortable and respected throughout.

“I came here to shop for my mom today and didn't want to or expect to buy anything for myself (lol) but ended up walking away with a beautiful top.
I have to be honest, it was very expensive for 100% polyester ($255). But the blouse was so beautiful I knew I'd regret not getting it. I also appreciated the variety of wide leg denim and originality of the fabrics and designs.
The two Persian ladies working there were very kind and very helpful. They were patient and made lots of excellent recommendations which goes to show the staff know their clothing well.
The lady who assisted us was Marjan but I'm not certain of the name of the second lady.
Overall I'm very happy with the experience and look forward to returning.

“Shout out to Krizia for her help in finding the right size and assisting with pricing. I find the pricing strategy to be quite confusing. One can never be sure which part of a table is 30% off and which part is regular price. Such pricing should be illegal. Consumers deserve honest pricing. If it wasn't for Krizia, we would have walked out. If Old Navy insists on such pricing tricks, at the very least they should have a self check price machine around the store. All in all, 5 stars for Krizia, 1 star for Old Navy.”

“We were rushing to an event last Sunday, and guess what, my hubby was not in proper dress code. So we stopped at gap to pick up a shirt and long sleeve. I asked the girl at the fitting room if they could steam press it, she had to get permission from her manager. By God, whoever that manager was in duty around 3pm on March 30th, was damn amazing! She gladly and in a cool way, instructed the girl - yea press it! Saved our lives. Amazing service, amazing prices especially these days, friendly staff.
