“I visited the store in early December to purchase my spirits for the Holiday season. The cashier was very helpful and split my purchases between a flat and a cardboard box.
I took the flat to my vehicle first, and when I came back for the box the cashier advised me to be careful with it as there was a split on one corner.
Within a second, another employee, who had either seen the damaged box or was advised by the cashier, arrived with packing tape to repair the damaged box on my behalf.
It seems like such a simple thing, but to me it was just another example of the great service I consistently receive at BC Liquor Stores.”

“I ordered a delivery today, and it arrived just now, so soon. The woman who brought my product was very nice. The prices are reasonable as well. You can't go wrong with these people.
I am editing this by adding the following: I just went to order more liquor from them, and it said that their website was not secure. I don't know what happened, but I don't think that was the case a few days ago. Very unfortunate, as I will not enter my credit card info on an insecure site.”

“Not only do they have a great and ever-changing craft beer selection but wow, the staff is just amazing. I don’t know how they do it but every staff member over the last few years is beyond personable, genuine, fun and knowledgable. These guys actually care when they ask how you’re doing when you walk in. I feel like I’m visiting friends when I come in for smokes or beer. Legit haven’t experienced retail customer service like it before. Thanks you guys!”

“Our first time bottling here, so we were taken around to see their entire process. We've been bottling wine for years and there are steps they do here that weren't done at the previous place we were dealing with. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and they even went over some of their weekly cleaning routines with us. Making good wine is a science and from what we've seen so far they really do put quality before profit. We are anxious to bottle our first batch and will update in the future ?”
