Will not be returning after paying way too much for having our fairly simple tax returns done, plus when l asked about the senior discount she said it doesn’t apply after March 31st when we dropped them off, very poor service to seniors.

Bad Service. It took them 5 days to prepare my simple taxes for 2019. This year I bought a software and started reading to realize that I should have claimed plenty of medical and moving expenses which I did not. They never posed the question, and that cost me literally thousands of dollars.

Total joke of an accounting firm. I called multiple times nobody picked up. And for some reason it's too complicated for them to find and email me my tax return. Save your time and money and do ur taxes elsewhere

They messed up on my family taxes and there was no apologies. Frustrated. DO NOT GO THERE EVER!!!! ? Basically making them pay for their taxes instead of getting a refund
