    The Worst CIBC bank and customer service in British Columbia!! That red hair lady needs a 101 in Customer service!! Shame on you!!

    Excellent customer service. Been dealing with this bank for over 18 years. Never once was the staff rude. Only ever had 1 issue and they worked hard to clear it up.
