About TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM offers a range of banking services with exceptional customer service. The staff, including Deborah, Vatsal, Denise, and Aniket, have been praised for their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers.
Deborah was commended for her exceptional customer service, smooth process, and for helping a customer secure a lower mortgage rate. Vatsal, who was new to his position, was later praised for his attentiveness and excellent suggestions in addressing the customer's banking needs.
Denise was highly regarded for her ability to answer all questions, find additional support when needed, and ensure the customer left with a clear understanding of their new account setup. Aniket, a Personal Banker, was also recommended for his professionalism and helpfulness in addressing the customer's banking needs.
While the overall experience at the TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM has been positive, one customer had a negative experience at a different branch, citing issues with incompetence and difficulty in completing an investment account setup.

Set up a new account, experience was fantastic. Every question I had was answered, and if Denise didnt know an answer she would find someone who did so I had all the answers I needed. left understanding everything I needed to and confident that everything was in order. Amazingly fast and clear communication.
