“As soon as I walked into Whitley's Collision I was greeted immediately by everyone working. The owners Rusty and Tommy were there working as well and they were super nice. I came in with a big dent on my car. The damage happened during one of the recent storms. We told Rusty our insurance information and he was nice enough to call them for us and have everything taken care of. They completed the work in less than a week. He even dropped my car off at my house because I was unable to go pick it up myself! I highly recommend this place.”
“Thank you Carter. You have been the Best Vendor Sales Person I have experienced ever. I am 70 years old, owned and built 73 personal classic muscle cars and trucks. My 1970 Bronco project started with a bare chassis and Carter made it happen. He didn't only provide parts, but had incredible knoweledge of my build. This is his last day and I'm quite sure I won't be the only customer missing him. Then about to weeks later stop back by for some hubcaps for Honda civic again very responsive after finishing helping a customer before me! She didn’t know I was watching her, and noticed how professional and respectful, making her customer feel good while leaving, and again I was treated the same way! I came for hubcaps, decided wait!

Long story short, I was looking to get some suspension work done on my truck. A friend of mine had recommended a shop in Stockton that he had work done at, so I stupidly made an appointment at another shop. I got there and was immediately treated like shit. The owner told me he didn’t have me down for an appointment, said the work was going to cost over double the price that I was quoted, and proceeded to cuss me out until I left. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Having been to MP Customs before and seeing their amazing quality of work, they were my first call after the nightmare I had just dealt with. I called and spoke to Cesar and explained what had happened at the other shop. It being a Friday, I really didn’t expect him to be able to fit me in to their schedule. He told me they were really busy, but he wanted to help me out, so he told me to bring my truck in and he would do the work for what the other shop had originally quoted me. When I arrived, he checked me in and told me that he would have my truck completed later in the day and would have one of his team members give me a ride home. Upon them completing the work on my truck, he called, gave me a detailed explanation of the work they completed, took my payment over the phone, and asked if I would like to have my truck delivered back to my house instead of having to return to the shop to pick it up. The truck arrived back in my driveway within 15 minutes, looking absolutely phenomenal! I truly couldn’t be happier with the quality of work they did and truly going above and beyond with their customer service. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else from this point forward! Thanks again, MP Customs team!”
“These guys are absolutely amazing! I accidentally went to this shop because it was close to the shop I was supposed to go to through my insurance. When I came in to A A Auto they had amazing customer service and made me feel so comfortable that I decided to move forward with their business even though it was out of my network. They were super helpful throughout the entire process and very communicative. Extremely fair pricing and honest communication. My car was in and out of there within a few days and they helped accommodate me with any needs And we’re always helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had throughout the process. “Our car was in an accident at no fault of ours. The front bumper and hood needed to be replaced. If you get into an accident or need auto body work, this is your guy!!! Owen was so friendly from the first time we called to receiving our car. The quality of work was amazing! So much so that it looked like a brand new car. He over delivered and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. He truly takes pride in his work which really shows in the end product. “Went to get a set up for my alternator for my LS swap for my international scout 67 800 turns out the young fellow that was helping me had international truck with the same 350 block I put in mine he was very helpful and we talked for about a half hour about each other's cars very respectful help me with what I needed definitely will be going back. “SWAT Customs in Galt is where you'll want to go for a suspension lift on your vehicle. Brian and the team there did an excellent job with adding a DPG Off-road OME lift to my 99 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I've never experienced this superior level of consultation, status updates and communication from a garage, usually it is me calling (and often hounding) them instead ..This is not the case at SWAT. Brian looped me in at every step and decision point and I felt like he cared for my Jeep as much as I do! The end result was amazing. perfect stance and plumb front to back with a beautiful leveling job. On top of all that, the ride quality is better than stock and the turn around to get my Jeep back on the road exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to SWAT Customs for future upgrades and would highly recommend them if you want great value for your hard earned $$$.”
