He was knowledgeable, patient and professional. I made a mistake and he also helped fix it quickly. He made an impression and I am grateful for his effort at work!”

“I'm a senior citizen .Went to the Lodi staples today to make Returns. My phone was not getting WiFi. Employee name Chase Immediately noticed that I needed help. He took my phone and put WiFi on it. And help me with my returns. The world needs more people like Chase. He smiled at me ,he did not roll his eyes. Because I didn't know how to get WiFi inside the store. He just smiled and made my day. “I had to print 51 8.5x11 copies on regular paper with standard gloss. When I went online to order through the FedEx site, it quoted me at $1,127! ? I called this office to confirm the price and Joseph quoted me $42. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. You can't replace good service with a robot. I'll be printing with Joseph from now on.”
“Today Saturday I went to lockeford Usps I had a box that was too big for the slot inside the Usps they stay open till 10am on Saturday...I was disappointed that my box didn’t fit and said out loud (darn it doesn’t fit) ... just then a very nice lady open the main door and said I’ll take that for you... I was so pleased because now I wouldn’t have to wait till Monday to ship... and by the time I returned home my package had already been entered into the system... “I've always heard that the post lady wasn't very nice or rude, but in my own personal experience she is quite lovely! She always remembers who I am and once she sees me, she grabs my package and has it ready once I step up to the counter! She's also very kind, so no problems there. There aren't many downsides and I've been living in Thornton for about 12 years and the only downside I can think of is that I tend to forget my combination for my box.”
“My postal carrier forgot to give me a key for a package left in my parcel box. I assumed my package hadn't been delivered to the correct address. I called the US Galt Postal office and asked for assistance. Not only did a postal employee pick up the phone to talk to me, he drove out to my postal box, found the package and hand delivered it. The customer service is excellent! This was on Jan 24th at 1:30pm. I am very grateful.”
