This Chase Branch is horrible. Customer service is trash. They need to fire the whole team and start fresh. Everyone at this branch does not have a sense of urgency.

I do not bank with Chase. But when I frequent Starter Bros. Mkt. If not busy the tellers are friendly they seem very knowledgeable about checking accounts, what needs to be done if wanting to changing bank to there bank etc. I never heard a customer complaining about service even when they are super busy.
