“I’ve never had any problems there the Bank Tellers have always been friendly and pleasant as well as helpful. And some of the negative comments on here are ridiculous because for one I never seen the line go out the door. And then you have another person saying There’s no drive-through of course there’s no drive-through because it’s inside Stater Brothers and it’s there for our convenience because we don’t have to go to the bank itself and if you want a drive-through then go to the bank itself common sense. And as far as wait time well you just got to have patience for those who don’t will not live long enough to understand patience oh well”
“All I can say I been with us bank for awhile and I love to deal with fabby m she knows her banking and she always has answers to what you ask and checks to make sure of what you ask and she looks so nice all the time and her personality is awesome to deal with and her appearance is always neat and dress nice to see she deserves to go higher in her job thank go’s she is there she is a keeper”
“Clean. Friendly. Helpful. Only been 1 time but it went cool. Great location. I love the shopping center. Its a one stop shopping frenzy on both sides of the street. Lots of food places when you leave the bank, ice cream, across the street is more food and Wal-Mart.”
“They had a few times In February 2024 where the ATM's were out of service. Otherwise I love this bank. They even have inside ATM's that you have to scan your card to get in.”

“Though it's often as busy as a sardine can here, I love the fact that I can do my banking on this town. It's not always easy to hop over to Hesperia Road to visit the only other location in my true neck of the woods. Sharing a location with Stater Bros. isn't bad either, since they are one of my typical shopping stops during the week. I don't bank everyday, but when I do this location tends to be where I go. Staff is courteous but perhaps overworked.”
