Sunday. Father's Day. But, Tony showed up within 45 minutes and took the 3 of us to San Diego.
Tony was awesome. He has 5 kids and it was Father's Day. It was his day off! He came to help us! We are very appreciative of his efforts!

“So I used AAA for a tow, told them there was 2 passengers (my fault for not mentioning we're not Barbie sized) Driver #1 (I'm horrible at remembering names in sorry) he took a look at us and the truck and he was like yeah I could put your SUV up on the wrecker but honestly we're not going to be comfortable inside for more than a couple of miles. Also, did AAA mention the over milage fee? (They had not! Shame on AAA they didn't even apologize either ?) So this gentleman mentioned that he would request a bigger truck for us but that they were all on calls so it would be a wait. (Considering we had a rapid response to our call in the first place I didn't mind ??♀️) So driver #2 shows up it was a bit later (I would say typical AAA Oregon wait time for a tow truck) and he was so apologetic about the long wait time he was right there got us on the truck and in motion in minutes. He was all smiles and a wonderful attitude. If I am to judge the entire company on these two men as they are the face of the company. I give you two thumbs up ???? I could have been taken for $300 on top of being broken down in the middle of nowhere California but instead I got treated with respect and like family! I appreciate that more than anything!
So to the driver of the adorable truck: thank you for your candor! Don't ever change! And to the driver of the firetruck: maybe tomorrow you can be the landing beacon for the alien ships ? ? they're way cooler than ambulances ? okay seriously though thank you for taking such great care of me and my husband and my car!”

“Broke down on my way home from camping for four days truck and trailer! Got the trail to storage and got my truck to the shop! They were there within 15 minutes! Which was incredible and very courteous and professional and reasonably priced! AAA had let me down and said it was gonna be an hour before they could come get me! Thank you Victor valley towing, I I believe the drivers name was Mondo! 10 out of 10 would recommend!”
“After reading reviews I was skeptical about this place, my truck was brought in after rolling over on the 15 fwy. I had many tools and valuable items inside and feared I'd return to it having been ransacked. Turns out my fear was completely unwarranted, from the first time I spoke with dispatch over the phone to my visit to recover my belongings all personnel were polite, respectful and courteous. Obviously a towyard is not a desirable place to go but in life you get what you give, so I imagine the many negative reviews were made by people who were in a confrontational state of mind going in. I was not thrilled about losing my truck but nobody working here had anything to do with it.”
