“What a Blessing to have in the High Desert. Made my life so easy. In what could have been a horrific experience I found Valerie the sweetest voice ever at the end of the line. (Heaven)???. Then there's always Carlos the Owner. Makes you feel when you come in that you're already being assisted even if they haven't met you yet. My husband had gotten hit ( rear ended) in my car as he calls it. Carlos took the car in & worked with the other person's Insurance Company & prevailed to getting what I needed for a Perfect outcome. Carols & company made my car BEAUTIFUL! It had some challenges with electrical as these new bumpers do. Then I wanted to get my daughter's car repaired for a Christmas present to her. Carlos, Valerie, Miranda, Manuel, & the rest of the employees were awesome .Worked quickly & around her work schedule.
