I was extremely grateful for this, as the shop was BUSY AS COULD BE by the time I arrived. The phones were ringing off the hook with Thanksgiving around the corner and it was just sooooo kind of them to take the time to help me out knowing that I was in a tight spot. Reasonable prices as well! Not to mention the girls; Michelle and Ashley at the front desk were soooo sweet and pleasant. Honestly 10/10! I even called them again today to ask some further questions regarding my car and they were happy to speak. I feel blessed to have stumbled upon this gem of an auto repair shop. “I recommend this shop over ANY other if you need repairs done to your auto. I came in needing some undercarraige work done on my Mercedes.I really didn't have much cash, but he worked with me and repaired it right on the spot. Mo is truly one of the nicest people you could ever want to meet. He worked on my car right there on the spot, even though he was busy on a Friday evening. I have an old car, and most people just don't "have the time." or, when it's a Mercedes, they're gonna charge you ALOT more money. Not Mohammed. Heis truly a knowledgeable & skilled mechanic who listens & really does care. It is so hard to find! Working with body shops from a previous career, I know this is not an average experience. The most deserving part of the five star review is the extra steps they took. For example, I had a few minor scratches on my front bumper they touched up for me. Free of charge. They also detail your vehicle nicely and have a water bottle upon your return. Price was great too. We had another issue we needed help on this morning, brought the car in, he took care of the problem right away and once again had really great pricing. “Bill of Dent Logic lived up to his exceptional reputation. He worked on two separate damages on the rear driver-side door of our 2017 RAV4. One was a typical nasty bullseye parking lot ding, but the other was a more problematic crease caused by someone backing into the side of the car right by the edge of the door, so it had a double crease in a T-shape where it hit the reinforced rolled edge of the door. Bill acknowledged that this one may be difficult to correct, as I suspected. But he was willing to try it. I am ecstatic to report that both are now distant memories, as Bill worked his magic to completely eliminate any trace of them. We couldn't be any more satisfied with his work, which was performed on our driveway, in a decent amount of time, and at a very fair price. We would highly recommend that anyone needing paintless dent repair strongly consider Dent Logic for that work. You will be amazed by the wonderful results!”

“I took my wife's Mustang in to get some work done on it after an accident that left the bumper and hood damaged. Omar and his team were extremely helpful in getting everything set up and repaired. They're straight forward and no nonsense which I found refreshing. They were constantly communicating with me regarding the status of the vehicle and any updates. The repair and paint job was incredibly fast and looks amazing. I will be taking my vehicles here going forward should anything else happen in the future and I recommend you do the same.”

“If you want a good job that is done honestly and with integrity, then this is the shop to bring your project to. Mine started in the summer of 2018, first as just a simple paint job and reassembly. Being in the automotive business I am well aware of how projects like this can get out of control, and it was just one more if you do this you need to do that scenario on my part. But the best part about Dave and Bobby they will give their honest opinion of the direction you are going and if it is worth it. You also can't be in a hurry because at the end of the day they are creating art and that takes time, so you have to be patient. When covid hit in 2020 like everyone else they had to shut down and lost employees. Replacing employees in a custom shop is difficult because not just anyone can do the job. So, after some time they were able to get back to my project, and get it finished around summer of 2022. Part of the issue was getting parts for my car which were not easy to do and even worse after covid. I finally got the car (since I live in another state) and it was a flawless paint job (it turned into a rotisserie paint job), and everything seemed great. Not long after, I started having issues with the motor rebuild, so Bobby flew out to my house, and we worked on it for the day. After we were done Dave and Bobby determined that they needed to get the car back, so they had it picked up and they pulled the motor sent it to another rebuilder, reinstalled it, and tested for about 200 miles. They also took care of a few minor little details and shipped it back to me standing behind their work and everything is going great with the car now. What impressed me the most is their commitment to make sure the job was done right, and the customer was happy. Any project I have in the future that requires a custom shop they have my business hands down.”

Billy managed to repair the damage (smoothed it out) and paint the door flawlessly. It really is impeccable work at a reasonable price. “Wonderful service and attention to detail by Albert and his team! I went in for an estimate for paint restoration for my 14 year-old Accord, given the UV damage over the years. It was starting to rust as the protective layer was gone from the rooftop. I knew I had to get it repaired but worried about upselling and the final cost. Albert reassured me that a total car paint job was not necessary (unless that's what I wanted and would come with a hefty price tag) and substantially (by thousands of dollars) reduced the final price as only a few panels including the rooftop needed to be done. I picked up my car today, and everything was done so well. The paint job looks like it did on the first day when I bought the car and the headlights are gleaming bright. The car looks refreshed and new and at a fraction of what all the other places in Simi Valley quoted me. Trust this place and go in for an estimate. You won't be disappointed!
