I found myself in an unfortunate situation needing repairs and had experience before with formerly City Auto Body. They are an authorized repair dealer for my insurance and I like that they partner with Enterprise to service their customers. Much better than Hertz in every way. From start to finish, communication was quick and smooth. I was given an inspection almost immediately and given the keys back just as quick it seemed. Working with body shops from a previous career, I know this is not an average experience. The most deserving part of the five star review is the extra steps they took. For example, I had a few minor scratches on my front bumper they touched up for me. Free of charge. They also detail your vehicle nicely and have a water bottle upon your return. The little things make for a nice touch. Much appreciated and recommend this body shop for any future repairs.”

“We took our Ford Edge to 805 Auto Body and Paint for some body damage on back passenger door. I expected that we'd need a new door which could be costly. Billy managed to repair the damage (smoothed it out) and paint the door flawlessly. It really is impeccable work at a reasonable price. They said the car would be ready in several days and it was just that. We appreciate the great work and would definitely go there in the future if we need some auto body work done.”

I spoke to John and he quickly looked over my vehicle and gave me a quote via email within one day. He told me it would take two weeks. Price was reasonable so I gave them a chance to work breast.All I can say is they did a fantastic profession job. Work was better than expected and exactly what I asked for. “Wonderful service and attention to detail by Albert and his team! I went in for an estimate for paint restoration for my 14 year-old Accord, given the UV damage over the years. It was starting to rust as the protective layer was gone from the rooftop. I knew I had to get it repaired but worried about upselling and the final cost. Albert reassured me that a total car paint job was not necessary (unless that's what I wanted and would come with a hefty price tag) and substantially (by thousands of dollars) reduced the final price as only a few panels including the rooftop needed to be done. I picked up my car today, and everything was done so well. The paint job looks like it did on the first day when I bought the car and the headlights are gleaming bright. The car looks refreshed and new and at a fraction of what all the other places in Simi Valley quoted me. Trust this place and go in for an estimate. You won't be disappointed! The color match was tough since it is a red/burnt orange color that has been baked in the sun for 20 years.While it looks good, the only way to make everything match would have been to paint the entire vehicle which we don't have interest in doing.”

“Steve and his team did it once again! This is my 3rd vehicle Steve has customized for me. This vehicle was broken up into Two Phases because I wasn't sure on how the pink and chrome look would work. I wanted to keep the chrome on my rims, but incorporate black and pink. The first phase was to completely repaint the hood and the roof of this vehicle, (as it was completely faded), installed suspension kit, new falcon tires, paint badges, emblems, pin striping, a complete restoration and refinishing of the rims - which were very elaborate. The rims came with the vehicle, but were in extremely rough condition. It would've been much easier to have Steve and his team powder coat the rims, but I had to be difficult. I also had the XD Logo, emblems, and badges changed to pink & black to accommodate the personalization of my ride! Steve was extremely patient with me when I had him re-paint all of the chrome to black for a complete "black out" because the pink badges didn't pop the way I had envisioned. Also, the pink didn't pop on the rims as well. So, that brings us into Phase Two of the transformation. I actually loved the chrome look, but it looked unfinished from the badges on the side of the vehicle and on the rims. You barely noticed the pink. If you're going to do pink, you should go all out! Lol. The grill on the other hand, in my opinion, looked stunning. So, in Phase Two, he had to re-do all of the pink, which was painted by hand, to "Black Out" all of the chrome on the vehicle! I also had him re-paint the cap of the rims black to make the pink pop. Steve also had to repaint the pink on the rims. Bottom Line, Steve is busy, and there's a reason why! You don't go to shops who aren't busy because there's a reason for that! If you want the Best than go to SS Steve! Tina is just as amazing too, and goes above and beyond. Tina is excellent at communication and extremely personable. Thank you so much to everyone. I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome of my ride!”

“My car was making noises and had visible alignment issues after hitting a pot hole. Came on a recommendation by High tech Autobody that this is the only shop in town that can fix my problem. Straigh-tline specializes in front end adjustments. My car needed: Aligned front end. Adjust caster camber & toe. Straighten left knuckle for camber and caster and modify both sides for camber -- don't worry I have no idea what that means but problem solved and the alignment is perfect. Thanks Randy no other shop could have fix this problem, I got my car back in a timely manner and the price seemed very reasonable.”
