“Great experience with Premier Coach Auto Collision. From the tow to the final repair, everything was handled professionally. Logan (manager) answered all my questions, and Kat kept me updated throughout the process.
Repairs took about three months due to the holidays and parts delays for my new car, but they handled most of the insurance coordination, which made things easy. CarMax even noted they could hardly tell the car had been in an accident—great quality work.

“I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle for my daughter from Garrett. I called asking for more pics and details about a 2018 i3 S that they had and Garrett was transparent with me on its condition, confirming some minor blemishes and providing a video walk around and additional pics so that I could judge for myself if it was worth the 1.5hr drive to check out the car in person and purchase. We worked out a deal over text and agreed on a fair price. When I arrived, I was given as much time as I needed to inspect the car, take it for a test drive, and charge it up at the local BMW dealer. I was gone for probably an hour and not once did they freak out or demand I bring the car back. I was pretty impressed that they gave me leeway to make sure I was good with the car. But the best part of my purchase experience with Garrett and team was the fact that they did not try to upsell me or "add on" any BS package like paint protection, GPS tracking, or fabric/leather warranties. All those are complete garbage and it's good to see Allen Motors not use those unethical bait and switch practices that other used car dealers do. It is probably the worst thing any dealer can do to you besides sell you a lemon. Garrett was professional, easy going, and made the process go very smoothly from beginning to end. I got a great car for my daughter at a fair price and I didn't have to wade through any BS sales pitches or get tricked into paying for "add ons" that I did not want. It was definitely a 10/10 experience for me and I've bought many cars over the years.”

Emma, the receptionist, was friendly, helpful and most of all...communicative. My car was there for about 2 weeks as I went through Tesla Insurance. Even though I only had to pay my deductible, the cost of the work that was done was reasonable and fair. I also received update emails from the staff/technicians at Harry's which I greatly appreciated. Considering all of the above and that the work that was done on my car was impeccable, I highly recommend Harry's...especially if you have a Tesla!”

My car was taken there sight unseen after hours, never having worked with them, but being one of the few options contracted with State Farm and certified for our vehicle manufacturer (Ford). From the moment I first talked to them, I felt I was in good hands. They were upfront, transparent, extremely knowledgeable, and the work was top-notch. They did a thorough job explaining everything to us, and give a lifetime warranty on the paint and the work. I hope I don't need them again, but if I need a body shop for anything, this is where I am going.”
