Everyone there was kind and knowledgeable on all my questions and concerns. Was worried about all the bad things you hear on “added fees” but the rep who was helping me explained everything in detail! Will come back to this store”
“Had an overall excellent experience with this store. I want one remote to control all of the add-ons for the TV, surround, outside speakers etc. I purchased a sound bar, sub and the the universal remote. I dealt with Cam at the store, nice guy and knowledgeable. The programmer for the remote Edwardo was a stud. Spent a considerable amount of time customizing our remote to exactly how we wanted it. You can program these remote 50 different ways and some people might give you the basic programming just to get out of Dodge. Edwardo did lots of fine details for us and the remote is everything you could have asked for and more. THANKS Edwardo!!! You went above and beyond.”

“Just bought a CS7000 M17 Plus with GPS and couldn't be happier. Came right out of the box and was on the air in less than 5 minutes through my M17 hotspot. I actually purchased the radio while on vacation and had them hold it for a day so my order would not be sitting on my doorstep. Jerry ships fast and I live in the same state! They timed it perfectly and the radio was on my doorstep as soon as I walked in the door. Awesome radio and awesome service!”
