“I have three Targets about equal distance from me and this one is the cleanest, better pricing (than the Westlake store) and most size selections. There is a Starbucks and that's a good treat! Even in the late evenings before Christmas the employees are helpful and friendly. The last size I needed was on a mannequin and I flagged someone down to help. They immediately radioed for the specific person for the section and waited with me to make sure they got there even when I said they didn't have to. I appreciated the attention shown as a customer.”

“I bought a brand new MacBook back in April 2023. To make a long story short, I took it to Apple in July, because I noticed it had problems charging. Apple said it needed a new logic board and when they went to open up the computer they said it had extensive water damage. The computer was brand new and I had absolutely no idea how I got it. I was all ready to pay the $300 have Apple repair it, but I thought it would be worth asking Best Buy to pick up the cost. After all, the computer was brand new and I had Total Tech. Well, were they totally willing to send out the computer to Apple, but they offered to replace my computer for free. Now this is the way to do business. Thank you to Joel and the entire Genius Bar Team. I plan on purchasing a Desktop within the next couple of months and will definitely be coming back to this location. A big thank you. Saved me a lot of unnecessary stress.”

“Needed to upgrade our iPhone and showed up on a Friday about 1:30 in the afternoon. Signed up on the wait list and told about a half hour for service, all employees were helping customers. Pretty busy. About 15 minutes latter started the process. 20 minutes latter we were out the door with new updated phone. Be sure you and your phone are ready for the process to make it go smoothly. Great job.”

“Christian got 3 new lines activated for me. I told him I only had 45 minutes, he said he could do it in that amount of time. He was done in 40. Everything worked exactly as he said. I had a great experience and T mobile is saving me money over Verizon and seems to work just as well.”

“I’m a doordash worker. I been coming to this 7-Eleven store for a long while and employee are so funny and awesome. Store looks clean and well taken care of then other 7-eleven stores. I don’t recommend anyone go to Newberry Park 7-Eleven is not clean and looks bad.”

I bought their guitar shed program the other day and here's my first yelp review. woohooo. The guitar tuner worked excellently and would be recommended to fellow TOaks guitarists. They make other stuff too but I didn't try it out.”
