“The closest place for me to get a passport was this Post Office. I'd never been here before. I could not find the entrance. And this really nice mail carrier woman was so kind and said, Hey, let me help you mind you she was getting her mail ready to deliver (she was busy). She saw me trying to find the front door and I could not find it. Trust me, it's not easily noticeable. She actually took the time out, walked me straight into the Post Office which, by the way, was one of the easiest passport experiences I've ever had, and the guy working there was totally nice, not burnt out and completely helpful. I highly recommend this Post Office for anything. If I need postal service, I will drive from Simi Valley to Point Dume to avoid the Simi Valley Post Office at all costs. Thanks for making the morning easy”
“KAREN is just AMAZING! I went to this store for a fingerprint, how friendly, helpful and skilled she was. After I missed my appointment because of lack of knowledge and horrible customer service at the Moorpark store, I highly recommend you all don't waste your time, even if you need to drive a little more to Simi Valley for the “Fieldprint”fingerprint appointment, just do it.”
“Postal service gentleman is friendly and helpful. PO closes between 1-2 pm on weekdays. Crowded parking lot. Watch out for unsafe motorists who make unsafe turns against the direction of traffic flow.”
“This post office was kind of tricky to find at first — it’s tucked away in the back corner of the plaza, and I actually passed by it once because I got confused and ended up at the UPS Store next to it instead. Just a heads-up if you’re going for the first time — it’s easy to miss if you’re not paying close attention.
Once I found it though, the service was great. The staff member working there (a Black man, didn’t catch his name) was super friendly and helpful. He took care of everything I needed, and even gave me a date stamp on my letter — which is something you don’t see very often anymore at post offices. That really stood out and made my day.
Unfortunately, they didn’t have the flag stamps in stock, which was a bummer because that’s what I came for. But aside from that, it was a smooth and positive experience.

“Adriana Serrano was AMAZING! She went above and beyond with helping me find my package. She never left me alone and walked me through the whole process to find where my package was left. Once we figured out where my package was, she went out and looked for the package herself! After about a day, she called me back and let me know that my package was waiting for me in the office. I couldn’t hold my excitement and cried infront of her. I love Adriana don’t lose her!! She is the best!!”
“I stopped by this USPS this morning to ship out my package that I'm returning. I already got the shipping label and everything so I just came here to drop it off. I found parking easily since I came right at 10am when the open. When I walked inside, only 2 people were in line and 1 person working the counter. It's very quiet in the building, like you're in the library. When it was my turn, the lady scanned my package and checked the weight. She also told me that next time I can use the kiosk near the front door to make things faster. I didn't know about the kiosk so if there a next time I have to come here, I'll try doing that.”
