Even though this is highest quality consignment store in area by far, the staff is welcoming, store fun to explore, so many unique items and I always learn from helpful staff. It is a joy to write a review for this gem of a store hidden in an business complex. We are fortunate to have DrFrenS around and you will want to come back again and again to see what's new.”

“Can’t say enough good things about the Milk Room. The owners Greg and Rob put their heart and soul into this place and it shows. They have an amazing collection of clothes and super reasonable prices.It can sometimes be intimidating to walk into a vintage shop, but these guys made everyone who walked in comfortable. Greg and Rob are just so personable and down to earth. When Rob heard I loved animal tees, he went in the back and brought out this crazy dolphin tee for me. Most vintage shops would charge well over $30 for it and he threw it in for $10.They also have a recording studio in the back and let tons of young bands use their space to perform. The vibes here are just amazing and I’m so happy I stopped by.Best shop in LA, hands down!”
“A great place to shop for mint condition designer clothes and accessories for women and men. Also nice to be able to bring in your clothes each season for consignment. A beautiful little garden area outside as well. Staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming-- highly recommend!”

“I love this store so much ! The staff is super helpful. The crazy reviews on here must be from some really off beat mentally ill individuals. I have shopped here for 10 years and the Manager Melissa has been the absolute best. Some people obviously don't know the protocols of the business and strike out to attack when things don't go there way. It's so easy to hide behind a computer screen and fire off a bunch of nonsense.
I will continue to shop at this location because of the excellent customer service I always receive from everyone that works here.”

I really appreciate the thought and care they put into curating their collection of vintage surfboards and how knowledgeable they are about everything in the shop- I could spend forever in here!!
